Brief and challenge
The brief
Neal Goldstein, a healthcare attorney and host of the Group Practice with Neal Goldstein podcast, needed a foundation website establishing his authority, and a reliable monthly system turning raw recordings into podcast episodes, YouTube episodes, LinkedIn articles, curated clips and performance reports.
The challenge
The site had to feel established from the first visit. The harder problem was invisible: the podcast lived inside the outgoing production company’s Blubrry account. It had to move to its own account without breaking the RSS feed or the Apple and Spotify listings, with access and credentials untangled first.
Build once. Deliver every month.
Three decisions that shaped the build: what I chose, why, and what it replaced.
Move the show without breaking the feed
Decision
Separate the podcast into a standalone Blubrry account and rebuild publishing through Blubrry and WordPress.
Why
Listeners and directories follow the RSS feed; if it breaks, the show disappears for subscribers.
Constraint
Hosting access and credentials had to be untangled from the outgoing company before the first new episode could go out.
Migration drawing
Lead with authority
Decision
A foundation site that positions Neal as the authority for group practice owners from the first visit.
Why
Legal clients choose on credibility before anything else.

One recording, five deliverables
Decision
A repeatable monthly pipeline: each recording becomes a podcast episode, a YouTube episode, LinkedIn article drafts, curated clips and a performance report.
Why
One recording keeps Neal visible on every channel his audience uses.
Constraint
A consistent editorial voice suited to a legal professional, every month.
